Dragon Scale Leather Return Policy

We take pride in handcrafting every Dragon Scale Leather piece with precision and care. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered

  • In the original packaging

• To start a return, contact us here with your order number and reason for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

• Clearance, final sale, and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
